1. Scope of the Agreement
These Terms apply to all users of the CoachRepublic platform, including:
- Coaches offering services (individuals or companies)
- Clients booking coaching services (individuals or organizations)
- Visitors using our public-facing content
CoachRepublic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes.
2. Our Role
CoachRepublic is a marketplace platform that connects coaches and clients. We do not provide coaching services ourselves.
- Coaches are independent professionals.
- Clients contract directly with the coach, not CoachRepublic.
- We facilitate visibility, communication, and payment processing.
3. Coach Obligations
By creating a coach account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and lawful information
- Offer only services you are qualified and authorized to deliver
- Honor bookings and terms advertised on your profile
- Comply with ethical guidelines outlined in our Coach Charter
- Use the platform respectfully and professionally
Certified “Deep Reset” coaches must meet additional training and practice standards.
4. Client Obligations
By booking through the platform, clients agree to:
- Use the services for personal or professional development only
- Respect the time, terms, and boundaries of each coach
- Not attempt to circumvent the platform or misuse messaging tools
- Pay all fees associated with the booked services
5. Fees & Payments
CoachRepublic offers a hybrid model:
- Monthly or annual subscriptions for coaches
- Commission on sessions booked via the platform (variable by plan)
All payments are handled via secure third-party processors.
We do not store your banking or card details.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Each coach defines their own cancellation and refund policy.
Clients must review those terms before booking.
CoachRepublic is not liable for disputes arising from individual policies but may mediate when possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (texts, visuals, methods, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Coaches retain full rights to their own coaching content.
The “Deep Reset” method is a registered concept and may not be reused without authorization.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data is protected under GDPR and outlined in our [Privacy Policy].
We never sell your data.
Coaches only receive the minimum necessary data for bookings.
9. Platform Access & Availability
We do our best to maintain platform uptime and a secure experience.
